At St. John's we are working hard to ensure all of our gatherings and activities are as safe as possible. That said here is some information about our COVID-19 policies you may find helpful.

Worship Services

We are open for in-person worship services as of September 2021. However, this is subject to changes. Our leadership team continues to monitor the situation in the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and we refer to their guidance when making decisions.

Right now, to ensure the safety of every, we ask you to do the following things when attending a worship service.

- Self screen (stay home if unwell)

- Wear a Mask (medical grade or non-medical 3-ply cloth mask)

- Sign-In when you arrive

- Keep social distance of 6ft.

- Sit with your household spaced appropriately from others (i.e. in alternating pews, pews will be marked)

- No chatting/lingering in the aisles

Note that *no vaccine passport is required* for worship services, and singing is allowed.

Church Activities

Church activities follow a different set of rules than religious services do, so we have some different guidelines for meetings and activities.

- Self screen (stay home if unwell)

- Wear a Mask (medical grade or non-medical 3-ply cloth mask)

- Sign-In when you arrive

- Keep social distance of 6ft.
